An interesting commentary about talking to the police by Professor James Duane. It’s a great lecture which tells you to keep quiet that you don’t say anything that will incriminate your. It follows up with a commentary from a police officer, who basically says that Professor James Duane is basically right.
Like the Miranda Warning (better known as the Miranda rights) say
Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
It only says that what you say will be used against you, and not for you !
